Whats in that Clown Sack?
Of all the non human races clowns are the most vile. Half human half clowns are worse. When you kill them you might find some of this stuff.

Degenerate shamen? Madmen? Extra chromosomes? Reefer madness? Nobody is sure who  to blame or what hell spawned them. ASE has quite a few so i thought this handy.
